Naomi Louie
Naomi Louie is a researcher and curatorial assistant at the Chinese Canadian Museum in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has worked on a variety of public history projects and museum exhibitions, including The Paper Trail to the 1923 Chinese Exclusion Act exhibition and digital community archive; and A Soldier for All Seasons, an exhibition covering Chinese Canadians in the Second World War. Naomi’s research focuses on Chinese exclusion policies in North America. She graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Department of History in 2023 and will begin her PhD at New York University in 2025.
