Michael McMordie
An expert of Canadian architecture, Michael McMordie joined the Faculty of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary in 1974. He retired in 2005 as professor emeritus of environmental design. He is the recipient of the Gabrielle Léger Medal for Lifetime Achievement in Heritage Conservation (2002) and the Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee Medal (2002).
