Danielle Paradis
Danielle Paradis is a Métis journalist, educator, and researcher based in Edmonton. She writes about Indigenous identity, politics, and culture, with work appearing in outlets such as APTN News, The Walrus, and The Toronto Star. Danielle teaches journalism at MacEwan University, where her courses focus on storytelling, and digital reporting. She also serves on nonprofit boards including LitFest and the Indigenous Friends Association, bringing a commitment to community alongside her writing, research and teaching. She has published a chapbook of poetry called Ground Cherries.
