David Phillips

David Wayne Phillips (born 1944) is a climatologist who worked at Environment Canada for the Meteorological Service of Canada from 1967 to 2024. Hailing from Windsor, Ontario, Phillips studied at the University of Windsor. Phillips wrote for The Canadian Encyclopedia and Canadian Geographic and authored several books.
