Leo H. Werner

Leo H. Werner is from Vermont. He is a businessman and inventor in the maple syrup industry. He was managing editor of the Maple Syrup Journal and formerly executive director of the International Maple Syrup Institute. He was co-inventor of a pre-heating device used in the bottling of maple syrup.
