    Robert Spencer (Primary Source)

    Robert (Bob) Spencer was a gun position officer with the 15th Canadian Field Regiment, and served with the 4th Canadian Armoured Division during D-Day. His regiment moved into Belgium, then Holland, where Spencer was promoted to Captain and appointed forward observation officer (FOO).     Roger de Tilly (Primary Source)

    Mr. Roger de Tilly is a Korean War veteran who went overseas with the 1st Battalion, Royal 22e Régiment. Having enlisted in the Regular Force in the summer of 1950, he finished the war as a corporal in a mortar section.
