Annemarie Pedersen

Annemarie Pedersen was educated at Mount Royal University (Calgary) where she received a degree in communications, and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology where she studied business, management and marketing, for which she received an honours business degree. She is skilled in media relations, writing, editing and social media and event planning. She specializes in agricultural communications, ranging from agency to non-profit. She has been community investment manager for UFA Co-operative Ltd., executive director for Alberta Farm Animal Care, co-chair for the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists, managing director of the Canadian Farm Writers’ Federation, and manages Annemarie Pedersen Communications.
