Baton Broadcasting Incorporated was a diversified Canadian communications company.

Baton Broadcasting Incorporated, a diversified Canadian communications company, was for many years 53% owned by the Eaton family (T. Eaton Company Ltd.) through Telegram Corporation Ltd. In 1997 Baton took control of the CTV network, and in 1998 Eaton's sold its assets, estimated at $450 million. In December 1998 Baton changed its name to CTV Inc. The company's name was changed to CTVGlobemedia in 2007 and in 2011 it was acquired by Bell Canada Enterprises Inc.
